•1 large bouquet of swiss chard, chopped
•4 pieces of leftover bacon or turkey bacon
•1/3 cup raisins
•1/3 cup pine nuts or shredded almonds
•1/2 tbsp. ghee
•Salt and pepper to taste
1. Warm ghee in large sauté pan on medium heat
2. Add chard to pan and stir until just starting to get tender
3. Add bacon, raisins and pine nuts to chard
4. Continue to cook for 2 – 3 minutes until chard is the desired consistency.
5. Serve immediately.
