Did you know that many brands of coconut milk and almond milk contain carrageenan? What is that all about? Besides all the medical stuff, I do try really hard to keep the food that we eat as pure as possible so I searched for a different brand. I found Aroy-D at (guess where) amazon. It is pure 100% coconut milk, no carrageenan or guar gum and it is in a BPA free container. I HIGHLY recommend it.
You know what else? It tastes fantastic! Here is one tip — it comes from Thailand and so sometimes solidifies in the cold weather. I plop the container into a loaf pan filled with boiling hot water and the coconut milk liquefies in no time.
